This specially formulated recipe includes sea salt locally harvested near Salt Spring Island. This detoxifying seaweed, and nutrient rich spirulina all blended with organic essential oils, will transport your senses, grounding and centering the spirit, and revitalizing the soul. This is a truly special scrub that we are extremely proud of and we are sure your skin will love it.

    *Salt Spring Sea Salt
    Locally harvested, culinary grade, and of very limited supply.

    *Dulce Seaweed
    Dulce contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and Vitamin C, which is essential for collagen production and helps keep skin looking firm and youthful while exfoliating, brightening, and moisturizing dry, dull skin.

    *Bladderwrack Seaweed
    Bladderwrack contains carotene, selenium, zinc, and small amounts of antioxidant Vitamins A, C, and E that add to its unique anti-aging, nourishing and healing properties.

    *Spirulina
    A type of blue-green algae containing antioxidants and nutrients is grown by the Maren family, which has been producing and selling spirulina for ten years in Cambodia. Through the Swiss Antenna Foundation, this provides work for their four family members as well as work for part-time workers.

  • Contains: Sea Salt Harvested from Salt Spring Island, Pacific Sea Salt, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower Oil), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Spirulina, Bladderwrack Seaweed, Dulce Seaweed, Essential Oils of: Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot), Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang), Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime).
  • Usage: Portion out the amount you want into a small shower-safe container. Gather a small amount of scrub in the palm of your hand. Massage this into wet skin in small circular motions.   • Keep water out of scrub container and always keep glass away from tub and shower. Portion out the amount you want into a small shower-safe container. Gather a small amount of scrub in the palm of your hand. Massage this into wet skin in small circular motions. Start at the ankles and work up to the neck (focus on dry areas such as elbows, knees, and legs), before rinsing thoroughly. Follow with your preferred Saltspring Soapworks hydrating product to restore moisture and soften skin. Take caution: The oil from this product might make your bath or shower floor slippery.

    Tip -Gently scrub on hands before bed as a daily skin rejuvenating treatment.
