    Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts), Salt Spring Sea Salt, Pacific ocean Sea Salt, Solar evaporated Pure Ocean® Sea Salt, Lavandula Augustifolia (Lavender Essential Oil).

  • Sprinkle 1 cup of bath salts into tub of warm water for a relaxing soak. Pour the salt into running water to help it dissolve faster into the bath. For a stronger detox and achy muscle treatment, we recommend 2 cups in the bath.

I first tried these bath salts from a collection in an advent calendar. Then I ordered a bunch of these salts and presented them to my husband to give me for Valentine's Day. =) Now I'm now making my 2nd order so he has the perfect Mother's Day gift, and I'm sure I'll order more for my birthday. That's how much I love these salts! The scent is lovely and natural. I combine a 1/4 cup or so of these with a cup or two of epsom salts to make the perfect bath.
