The Saltspring Soapworks Return Policy

We put a lot of heart into the products we make. We carefully select and test materials. Our recipes are refined over decades. Every day we work to improve how we make these goods.

In spite of our best intentions, mistakes happen. A container breaks during shipping. Local humidity affects a product negatively. Or, something we had never anticipated goes awry.

In any event, we’ll make it right. If you aren’t delighted with your Saltspring Soapworks purchase, call us (250-537-2811) or email (info@saltspringsoapworks.com). At that point, we’ll provide a replacement, suggest an alternative, or refund your purchase.

One request: please let us know what went wrong, so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.  :-)

We are able to ship most orders in two business days, so Friday, weekends and holiday season orders, may take a little longer. Please note that occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. We will contact you in such an event with an estimated shipping date. Rest assured, any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified promptly.
