The Saltspring Soapworks Return Policy

Return window: There is no set return window — we accept returns at any time after purchase.

Exclusions: There are no exclusions. Every Saltspring Soapworks product is covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

We put a lot of heart into the products we make. We carefully select and test materials. Our recipes are refined over decades. Every day we work to improve how we make these goods.

In spite of our best intentions, mistakes happen. A container breaks during shipping. Local humidity affects a product negatively. Or, something we had never anticipated goes awry.

In any event, we’ll make it right. If you aren’t delighted with your Saltspring Soapworks purchase, call us (250-537-2811) or email (info@saltspringsoapworks.com). At that point, we’ll provide a replacement, suggest an alternative, or refund your purchase.

One request: please let us know what went wrong, so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.  :-)
