Calendula Chamomile Shampoo Bar

Doesn't set off my eczema and I can reduce plastic waste 👌 I can't rememeber how many times I have repurchased at this point!

I’ve used all the bars. All are great. 3 years +. Great product. Love there is no plastic bottle and cap. Long lasting. Made in BC and I shop local. I’ve given many as gifts. And recommended to others. Great for travel and home. Super.

I love this shampoo bar. I love the fragrance and how clean my hair and scalp feel after I use it. I would happily suggest this product to anyone who wishes to step away from liquid shampoo.

This is the most luxurious shampoo and the only one you will ever need! It’s very moisturizing and great for dry hair. It is so easy to apply and I like that there is no unnecessary plastic packaging.

I am new to shampoo bars and my expectations were low having used a rice water bar from Amazon that doesn't lather at all. but this calendula bar lathers like a dream, smells wonderful and leaves my hair and scalp feeling fresh and clean and quite nice! very pleased, I will buy this again.

I've effectively sworn off regular shampoo now thanks to this shampoo bar. My hair is prone to breakage and it's gotten significantly better since I started using this, plus my hair is so soft now! Great lather too. Please never stop making this shampoo bar!

I tried using shampoo bars in the past but found they often left mt thin, fine hair feeling heavy and oily. This shampoo bar leaves my hair feeling light, moisturized, and clean without any heavy residue. I really love the way this product makes my hair feel.

During the end of 2019 and 2020 I ended up developing extremely bad eczema. It was worse on my face because they were on both cheeks! It was noticeable and it severely affected my self-esteem. I tried switching and trying multiple shampoos, to no avail. I eventually realized that I was allergic to the synthetic ingredients from regular store-bought shampoos and sought after an all natural shampoo bar.

I've searched all around the internet and landed on Salt Spring's Calendula bar as I have thin hair. It's been such a game changer ever since and after a couple of uses, my skin completely healed! If I knew my eczema was caused by allergies I would've made the switch sooner. I'm incredibly grateful for Salt Spring Island Soap Works because they managed to give me back my confidence in myself.

My new favourite shampoo/hair product. I’ve never used a shampoo bar before so I thought I’d give it a try and try to be more waste free. I’m in love with the light scent of this shampoo. I have thick, coarse, wavy hair and this is the only shampoo I’ve ever used that has been able to make my hair so healthy looking, shiny, and soft. I highly recommend this product.

I was curious about shampoo bars after reading so much about it I decided to try salt spring island’s. I love it! It lathers very well and rinses easily. My hair felt soft and not at all stringy and dry. My hair felt CLEAN. When it dried I had far less frizz and my ends felt moisturized. The ingredients make it an easy choice to switch if you’re looking for a more natural way to care for yourself and the price is amazing compared to the 18.95 other companies sell bars for. I LOVE this shampoo bar. I usually purchase bars for my shampoo and conditioner and this was my first time trying this brand. From the first 3 seconds using it I knew I was hooked. It leathers up really nicely, the scent is not over powering, it leaves my thin hair softer than it's ever been and my dandruff is the most minimal it has been in forever. This is now an absolute staple. I do follow up with a conditioner bar so I hope Saltspring Soapworks makes one in the future.

This shampoo bar works well for my whole family. Love that the scent is light and the lather is rich. Scalp feels moisturizered and hair feels coated after use, reducing split ends and static/frizz. Description here is bang on. Love this product!
