From humble beginnings

Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. The simplicity of our beginnings remains the essence of our remedies today.

love this hand soap

I purchased this hand soap while on vacation in May, its great for the gardener! cleans ground in dirt, but at the same time leaves hand soft and refreshed! so happy I'm able to purchase more online :)
