I initially purchased this for myself, but found the consistency to be a bit thin for my liking. I gave it to my teenage daughter, who has both oily and dry skin on her face, and she loves it. She has areas around her nose that have been persistently dry and that no other face cream could solve. This is the one product that has cleared up her dry spots and also does not aggravate the oily spots. I feel good about using, and letting my children use, Saltspring Soapwork’s clean products.

I’ve found that this face cream is the best that I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried many, believe me! I love the consistency, the beautiful delicate scent, and the fact that it is free from toxic additives. Of course, too, I’m thrilled that it is carefully crafted in Canada!🇨🇦

It comes in a smaller sized jar, however.....a small dab with your finger tip is enough to cover one side of your face. This is definitely my new favourite face cream for daily use. Not sticky; interesting and pleasant scent. Will definitely order this again.

I found Saltspring Soapworks on a visit to Saltspring this past spring. I love their clean thoughtful products! I recently ran out of the Avocado Rosehip Day Cream and order a new one, they shipped it to me in the states fast and hassle free. I will be buying from them again when I run out!

Excellent daily moisturizer. Not greasy. Leaves your skin feeling supple and fresh. Works well under makeup and sunscreen.

I tried the meadowfoam rosehip renewing serum and the avocado rose hip day cream. Both products are absorbed beautifully and hydrate all day with a lovely natural scent. They are so much better than a luxury brand that I was using. I already see a difference in the brightness and texture of my skin. They’re very reasonably priced. All that and Canadian too!!

After many years of using this face cream I have no desire to try something new. Why would I? I trust the product and love daily how my skin feels.

I use this cream daily and it hydrates without being greasy and heavy. Very gentle and never irritates my sensitive skin. I use the toner and night cream as well along with other products like body scrub and hand cleanser. All wonderful!

I love this product!! I have sensitive skin and I am careful what I use, but I've never had a problem with Saltspring Soapworks products. The day cream was no exception. It leaves my skin hydrated and soft. I also use Saltspring Soapworks cleanser, toner, nighttime cream and serum, as well as shower gels and body moisturizers. All products work very well but are gentle. I've never been happier with my skin! Thank you!

I have very sensitive skin, due to eczema, acne and melasma. I have been trying to find the right product for my skin type. I have been using this product for two years and I could not be happier. My melasma has healed, my skin has an even tone now and I do not have trouble with blemish or acne either.

Easily the best day cream I've ever used in my life. I hate how most creams and moisturizers feel on my skin but this one is light, doesn't feel greasy, smells nice, and dries fast. My skin still feels super soft afterwards too.

Please never stop making this! I've spent so many years and money trying product after product to help my highly sensitive skin and nothing has worked. I tried this on a whim a couple of years ago and I'm so happy I did! It's light and non greasy but hydrates your skin so much. And it smells so nice. Will be ordering for many years to come :)
