From humble beginnings

Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. The simplicity of our beginnings remains the essence of our remedies today.

Lovely Conditioner

Lovely light scent. I have curly hair. No major issues with dryness, but am still careful to keep my hair hydrated and cared for. I wasn't a huge fan of the peppermint conditioner, maybe mostly the scent, but I am really liking this conditioner very much. I've been using the peppermint shampoo for years. Will continue to do so. It's loved by everyone in the house. The conditioner has a nice silky smooth texture. Rubs into the hair really nicely. Not too heavy, but a great amount of moisture and care for my hair. I've been using it for two weeks or more now. I'll be getting it again. Highly recommended for all hair types. My hair is happy, looks and feels great. I'll be buying more.
