From humble beginnings

Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. The simplicity of our beginnings remains the essence of our remedies today.

Great scent/relaxing mist

This is a very versatile product. I love the scent. It smells like a lavender field. Its not a fake chemical scent. I use it as a spray or two on my pillow for a good nights sleep. A light spray on my mask during covid and if I have a long drive a spritz or two in the car. Its not overpowering.

Such a refresher!

I was not a mist person.. until I received this lavender mist for my Birthday this year. So refreshing to spray on myself mid day for a nice boost, and also when I get out of the shower! Love knowing that it is all natural products, as I would never spray myself with anything else, like I do with this product! I always keep on my bathroom counter and also take with me when I travel. I love it way more than I expected to!

Of all the products in all the world, this is one of three favourites. I use this spray every night to help me sleep. The lavender is a delicate fragrance that is excellent as a pillow spray and a light body mist. I also keep a bottle of this in my locker at work, to give me a refreshing, hydrating spritz during the long, hot work day.

Please don’t ever discontinue this or I shall go into the depths of despair!
