From humble beginnings

Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. The simplicity of our beginnings remains the essence of our remedies today.

Favorite one!

I love all the Saltspring Soapworks bar soaps and buy a 6-12 month supply at a time. The selection is fantastic. My favorite, however, is Lemongrass Lime. The smell is wonderful. It lathers well. And just cannot be beat. Please keep making it!
