From humble beginnings

Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. The simplicity of our beginnings remains the essence of our remedies today.

I use this in my shampoo as my scalp is dry and itchy. This seems to help.

It Works

We use it for any cuts knowing that it is antifungal & antiseptic...has always helped to heal things up nicely!! My husband uses it on his toenails to avoid toenail fungus that he has struggled with in the past.
