Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. The simplicity of our beginnings remains the essence of our remedies today.

Loofah soap bar

I've been using these bars for years. They smell amazing! I love all the scents but my favourite are tangerine and grapefruit. They are big bars as well and last longer than most bars. Love them!!
