Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. Brilliant smell and soft to use

I love this soap, the scent is subtle and mildly spicy - I'm not so good with floral scents. My husband also prefers it for his own use! Been using this for at least a year, along with the skin lotion on the days when I body-wash, rather then shower. Works great with scrubbing gloves, loofah, or a body puff.

This is my favourite body wash and scent. The vanilla frankincense is intoxicating and luxurious. Its great for daily use in the shower. I even use 2 or 3 pumps in my son’s bath and it works great as a bubble bath. Highly recommend.

Overpowering Frankincense

I was excited about this scent and really enjoy vanilla, but the frankincense was overpowering even in the shipping box. Unfortunately I found the smell of the mix to be awful and I wish I could have exchanged it.

The Best scent…please make it all year!

Absolutely love this body wash. Please make this all year round! I came for a visit and went to your lovely store in Tin Pan Alley in Victoria ( I hope I have that right) The scent is warm and stays slightly fragranced on my skin, with zero irritation. Many body washes irritate my skin. My husband and I both use lit. I wasn’t sure about Frankincense but this combo is superb. Did I mention that I think you should make it all year round ? LOL
