Our story begins long before Saltspring Soapworks did: Four generations ago with a grandmother and a farm. Using beef tallow and ash, she handcrafted soap—a legacy that was handed down to her granddaughter and our founder, Linda Quiring. The simplicity of our beginnings remains the essence of our remedies today.

This is my absolute favourite bath bomb. The smell is unlike any other! Such a nice treat, I wish I could put on in my bath every night!! 🤩

Real Spa at Home

Everything about this bath bomb is right. A little bit turns the bathwater blue. The colour is not artificial and reminds me of the colour of the clear seawater at one of the bays on salt spring island. The pleasant smell of Ylang Ylang is just right - not too strong but very noticeable still. Finally, the Calendula petals add a perfect final touch - you have the nice feeling of having flower petals in your bathwater without the worry of them clinging on. Really happy with it!
